Through practice we will listen for our internal guidance as it arises and explore creative expression of that personal information. Additionally, we will uncover our stability and confidence through functional strength training, surf lessons (optional) and hiking. There will also be time for naps and beach strolls aplenty.\n* Creative capacity flows from a stable system so we will be abstaining from alcohol and limiting screen time to maximize our growth. Yes, that’s right, this is not a party, it’s a celebration of life and we want to be fully present for every moment small and large.\nTHE LOCATION:\nCasa Lobos is a luxury estate located in Playa Grande, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The home boasts premium amenities, including an expansive saltwater pool, beautiful common areas including an outdoor kitchen and yoga shala, and polished jungle garden. The home has 6 bedrooms, divided among the main house and two casitas and is a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Due to limited space on this intimate retreat, all rooms are shared.\n\nClick to visit Casa Lobos!\n \nTHE DETAILS:\n\nExpect a light self serve breakfast and fully catered brunch and dinner on location. All meals are geared towards the omnivore diet but can be shifted to vegetarian options upon request.\nTransportation to and from the airport will be arranged and is included in the retreat package.\nDue to limited space, all rooms are shared and range from a private room with King bed for 2 to a shared room for 3 or 4 with bunk beds and a queen or two singles.\n\nThis is a wonderful retreat to plan with friends or family! We will work with you to book the best room for you.\n\nINVESTMENT:\n\n$2,500 per person – Group room of 3 or 4\n$2,700 per person – Private “couples” room for 2\n\nNon-refundable VENMO deposit of $300 @sarayanamovement\nTotal balance due March 15th.
