DESCRIPTION:Practical Alchemy is a basic system recalibration that is simple and easy to implement.\nThis 2 week program will reset your liver, strengthen your Immune System, and decrease stress, all by creating a scaffolding of practical habits that form a foundation of self care that has cumulative and long term benefits.\n*** Week one is personal observation only. Week 2 is application of protocol bookended by our virtual meetings ***\nThe week prior to our start date you will receive an instructional email to document basic habits.\nHere are some of the things we will monitor: Wake and sleep times, alcohol/caffeine intake, post dinner snacking, and screen time.\nThen we will meet from 1:00-3:00pm on Sunday January 12th via zoom to review observations and then to personalize a 7 day protocol.\nWe meet again on the following Sunday, January 19th at the same time via zoom to review and share our experiences.\nThere will be an optional mid-week check in and group meditation Thursday the 16th 7:00-8:00pm via zoom \nInvestment: $150\nEmail me at kj@kellyjeanmoore.com to reserve your spot.\n
