THE EXPERIENCE
Each day, we’ll gather in conscious community to explore the Sarayana Method—a dynamic fusion of somatic yoga, yin/yang movement, guided meditation, and creative journaling. These sessions are designed to support deep listening, embodied resilience, and intuitive self-expression. All movement practices are truly open to all bodies and needs.
You’ll also have the opportunity to:
• Build strength and confidence through functional strength training
• Tap into joy and play through optional surf lessons
• Reconnect with nature on a guided hike to La Leona Waterfall
Between sessions, rest and integration are deeply encouraged. Enjoy:
• Lounging by the private saltwater pool
• Strolling Playa Grande’s peaceful coastline
• Afternoon naps in the tropical breeze
• Optional in-house massages (highly recommended; not included)
To support nervous system recalibration, we’ll minimize screen time and abstain from alcohol—with two celebratory exceptions:
• A toast during our independent evening out in Tamarindo
• A closing night celebration dinner
* Creative capacity flows from a stable system so we will be abstaining from alcohol and limiting screen time to maximize our growth. Yes, that’s right, this is not a party, it’s a celebration of life and we want to be fully present for every moment small and large.
THE SANCTUARY
Casa Lobos is a private, luxury estate just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The property features:
• A lush jungle garden
• Expansive saltwater pool
• Outdoor yoga shala and open-air kitchen
• Six beautifully appointed bedrooms across a main house and two garden casitas
This is an intimate retreat, and all rooms are shared. Whether you come with a friend or solo, we’ll support you in choosing the best room to suit your needs.
